A quick, satisfying meal filled with juicy chicken, savory ham, and melty cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or as a fun snack.
Ingredients
Scale:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
- Optional Add-Ins: 1/2 cup spinach or other greens, 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and half of the cheese. Mix well, and season to taste with your chosen spices.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a quarter of the chicken-ham-cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla. Add any optional add-ins.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- Lightly brush or spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
- Carefully place the wraps in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the wraps for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer, let them cool for a couple of minutes, and cut them in half diagonally before serving.
