4 hoagie rolls (preferably Italian or sub rolls)
8 ounces sliced salami
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
8 ounces sliced ham
8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cut the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise and layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom half of each roll.
Top the meats with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and drizzle with the prepared dressing.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and cover with the other half of the hoagie rolls.
