Baked peaches are a simple yet elegant treat that showcases the natural sweetness of this fruit while adding a warm, comforting twist.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches (yellow or white, preferably organic)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream or yogurt, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the peaches under cold water, dry them, cut in half, remove the pit, and place cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add unsalted butter (or coconut oil) and mix until crumbly.
- Spoon the sugar-cinnamon mixture generously into the center of each peach half.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until peaches are tender and caramelizing.
- Allow baked peaches to cool before serving warm, topped with optional vanilla ice cream, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of honey.
