A flavorful dish that combines Cajun seasoning with a creamy garlic sauce, enveloping pasta and chicken beautifully.
Ingredients
Scale:
8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium, and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine with the chicken and garlic. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked spaghetti into the creamy sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy your flavorful Cajun chicken spaghetti!
