1 medium head Cabbage, chopped
12 oz Egg noodles
1 medium Onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
4 cups Vegetable broth
4 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic on top of the cabbage.
Pour in the vegetable broth, ensuring the cabbage is mostly submerged.
Add salt and pepper to taste, then gently stir to combine the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the cabbage is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Once the cabbage is tender, stir in the cooked noodles and butter. Mix until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
