A delightful combination of tender grilled chicken, zesty BBQ sauce, and creamy ranch cheese, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly warm the tortillas in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds or wrap them in aluminum foil and place them on the grill for a few minutes.
Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Spread about 1/4 of the ranch cheese filling on the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Next, add a generous portion of the BBQ chicken mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Fold in the sides as you roll to secure the ingredients inside.
If desired, place the wraps seam-side down on a preheated grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
