Ingredients
Scale:
1 large French baguette, preferably a day or two old
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic until well combined.
Cut the French baguette in half lengthwise.
Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the baguette.
Evenly sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles, followed by the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the baguette halves.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the top of the cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
Allow to cool for a minute, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
