This dish is not just a meal; it’s a comforting hug on a plate, where tender beef tortellini meets a luscious, garlic-infused creamy sauce. The aroma of sizzling garlic and melting cheese will fill your kitchen, beckoning your family to the table.
Ingredients
Scale:
12 ounces Fresh beef tortellini
1 pound Ground beef
4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons Butter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional), for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
While the beef is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, typically 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Once the beef is cooked, lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
Carefully fold in the cooked tortellini, ensuring they are well-coated with the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
