  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure each piece is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, allow the chicken to marinate for 2-4 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and discard the marinade.
  5. If grilling, cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. If baking, place the chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
