A dish that promises cheesy goodness and comfort in every bite. This recipe simplifies the cooking process while bringing together the delicious flavors of a classic cheeseburger.
Ingredients
Scale:
1 lb Ground beef
2 cups Pasta (elbow macaroni or similar)
2 cups Beef broth
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Optional toppings (pickles, diced tomatoes, or extra cheese) As desired
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the beef broth, pasta, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve hot, topped with your favorite garnishes like pickles or diced tomatoes.
