Ingredients
Scale:
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is completely coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
