  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade for the shrimp.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, tossing to ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  4. Place the marinated shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. While the shrimp are grilling, lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  6. Spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  7. Top each tortilla with a generous amount of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the grilled shrimp.
