Ingredients

- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the corn: Husk the corn and remove the silk. Rinse the ears of corn under cool water and pat dry.
- Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Coat the corn: Generously apply the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn.
- Grill the corn: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and charred.
- Add the cheese: Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
