Ingredients

- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup, crushed Potato chips (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula until it’s fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, followed by the crushed potato chips if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
