Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound Ground beef (80% lean)
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Velveeta cheese
8 ounces Cream cheese
1/2 cup Milk
1 can (10 oz) Diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet, along with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Reduce heat to low and add the Velveeta, cream cheese, and milk to the skillet. Stir continuously until melted and creamy, about 5 minutes.
Slowly mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted. If the dip is too thick, add more milk until you reach desired consistency.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy warm with tortilla chips or as a topping for nachos!
