2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
Prepare the shrimp: If using raw shrimp, preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Set aside to cool.
Make the dressing: Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro. Gently toss with the cooled shrimp.
